When grandpa sneezed on the sofa
It was nothing that I’d ever seen
Normally bogeys are sticky and wet
Normally bogeys are green!

But when grandpa sneezed on the sofa
The stuff that shot out his head
Was lumpy just like mum’s custard
And even worse it was red!

When grandpa had finished sneezing
What else could anyone do?
We moved away from the sofa
Next time he might sneeze something blue!

My sandwiches are soggy
My drink must have a leak
It turned my lunchbox purple
And it made my sarnies reek!

My banana’s gone all mushy too
I really dare not peel it,
Next time I think I’ll put my drink
Inside a bag and seal it!
